UI / UX design

Interfaces you understand without a manual.

Gorizmy is a UI UX design studio based in Algeria, in Boumerdès, working with clients in Algeria, France, Belgium, Germany, the UAE, Saudi Arabia and the United States. User research, wireframes, design systems and tested prototypes: every deliverable we produce exists to close the gap between what your product does and what your users understand it to do, wherever they are.

We design natively in Arabic, French and English, full RTL included, because that is the everyday reality of our clients, whether they operate out of Algiers or out of Paris, Brussels, Berlin, Dubai, Riyadh or New York. An ambiguous form, a navigation that breaks in Arabic, or a checkout flow that runs too long — these cost real users; our job is to remove that friction before it reaches production, in every market you serve.

What a UI / UX engagement includes

Every engagement starts with a diagnosis: an audit of the current interface if one exists, working sessions with your team, and a close look at where users hesitate, stall or leave. From that we build a clear information architecture, agreed with you before a single screen is drawn, because fixing structure on paper costs far less than fixing it after development.

Then come wireframes that lock the structure of each screen without visual noise, high-fidelity designs, and an interactive prototype we put in front of real users. Problems are found and fixed on the prototype, not once the code is written.

At the end you receive a documented design system: components, colour, typography, states for every element, and usage rules for both LTR and RTL. Your developers — or ours — then build on a coherent foundation instead of reinventing every screen from scratch.

Our process, step by step

We begin with a scoping conversation about your business, your users, and the technical and commercial constraints you operate under. It ends with a precisely defined scope and a written quote — not a vague promise that nobody can hold us to.

Design then moves in short cycles. Each cycle produces something concrete you can see, question and approve — wireframes, screens, a prototype — before we move to the next. You watch the product take shape stage by stage, rather than discovering a finished result that looks nothing like what you imagined.

User testing closes every major phase. A few well-prepared sessions usually reveal what no internal meeting can: the label that reads two ways, the step everyone skips, the button nobody finds even though it seemed obvious to whoever placed it.

An international UX/UI design agency, rooted in Boumerdès

Gorizmy has been an international UX/UI design agency from the start: our clients are based in Algeria, France, Belgium, Germany, the UAE, Saudi Arabia and the United States. A product team in Boumerdès works with a marketing team in Lyon or a founder in Dubai the same way every time — same deliverables, same rigor, same calendar.

What makes remote collaboration work is the trilingual discipline behind it: every workshop, every screen and every design system exists in French, Arabic and English, with genuine RTL mirroring rather than a translation bolted on afterward. A team in Belgium or Germany that needs a bilingual Arabic-French interface, or a client in the Gulf who wants right-to-left content without losing visual quality, finds a practice we have already refined, not an experiment.

Distance changes neither the shape of the deliverables nor how we test them: scoping calls and user-testing sessions happen over video, decisions are written down, and milestones stay visible regardless of the time zone on the other end. We work remotely with clients outside Algeria as a matter of course, not as an exception.

A UI UX design studio that builds its own product

We do not only draw screens for clients: we design and build Sinan, our dental practice management software, deployed commercially to dental clinics across Algeria, whose bilingual Arabic-French interface is shaped screen by screen. Every design decision there is made for the reality of a busy practitioner with no time to decode a clever layout.

Because design and engineering sit under one roof, our deliverables behave differently. Screens account from the start for what is reasonable to build; design systems speak the language developers expect, in Boumerdès or anywhere else. If you want to build after designing, our Mobile apps and SaaS & custom software teams take over without losing a pixel of intent.

The name Gorizmy comes from Algorizmi, the Latin rendering of al-Khwarizmi, the mathematician whose name gave us the word algorithm. Boumerdès remains our home base and our workshop — it is where our methods are built — but they are the same methods we apply for a client in Algiers, Paris or Jeddah.

Frequently asked questions

How much does UI / UX design cost?

Cost follows scope: the number of screens, how much user research the product needs, whether you need a full design system, and how many languages and platforms are involved. A landing page refresh and a full product design are very different engagements. Write to hello@gorizmy.com; after a short scoping conversation we send a free, no-obligation quote, itemised so you can see exactly what you are paying for.

How long does a design project take?

Typically two to six weeks depending on scope, though that is a general range rather than a fixed number: a focused improvement of one key flow can move faster, while a full product design with research, tested prototypes and a design system takes longer. We narrow the calendar down during scoping.

How does the collaboration work if we are not based in Algeria?

The same way it works with a client based in Algeria: a scoping conversation, regular video check-ins, and deliverables shared online at every stage. We work remotely with clients outside Algeria as a matter of course, whether the team is in France, Belgium, Dubai or elsewhere; the only thing that shifts is meeting times.

Do you design Arabic interfaces with real RTL support, even for a team that doesn't read Arabic?

Yes, it is central to our practice, including for teams that do not read Arabic themselves. We design Arabic and French in parallel: full RTL mirroring, carefully chosen Arabic typography, components built for both reading directions, and documented so your team understands every decision without needing to read the language.

Do you test designs with real users before development starts?

Yes, as a standard part of any engagement where scope allows it. An interactive prototype goes in front of a handful of real users before a single line of production code is written; adjustments happen on the prototype, not after delivery.
